Ingredients
  1. 2 ripe frozen bananas
  2. 1 1/2 – 2 cups non-dairy milk
  3. handful of frozen blueberries
  4. handful of frozen cherries (if available)
  5. t teaspoon of chia seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
Instructions
  1. In a blender, mix all ingredients and serve. Makes two smoothies (or smoothie bowls)
  2. Serve with some more frozen organic fruit and some seeds or coconut flakes.
Notes
  1. Make sure not to consume more than the recommended dose of spirulina as in excess may cause some digestive discomfort.
